在可持续职业发展与工作—生活边界日趋模糊的背景下,如何激活个体的休闲时间以及休闲重塑行为成为学界与业界的重要话题。本文基于过往研究,首先,从心理需求满足和要求—资源匹配两个角度阐述了休闲重塑的概念内涵与特征,进而提出了休闲重塑的综合性定义;其次,基于自我决定理论与工作要求—资源模型对休闲重塑的理论视角、前因后果以及影响机制进行了梳理与归纳;最后,对未来研究方向进行了展望。本文为休闲重塑的后续实证研究提供了理论借鉴,同时能够启发个体与组织发挥好休闲重塑行为的积极效应。
