5050内部创业活动是在位组织整合既有优势资源、激发内部活力以及重塑竞争优势的方式。学界对内部创业的研究已取得一定进展，但仍存在研究对象模糊、研究层次分散和国内外研究热度差异化等问题。为厘清内部创业研究现状，本文比较了内部创业与相关概念的异同，并结合文献计量与定性综述对302篇国内外文献进行了梳理。研究发现，内部创业研究呈现出组织、个体和新业务三个层次的脉络，其创业主体分别是创业型组织、内部创业者和内创企业。对每一层次的关键创业活动以及影响因素进行评述后，提出内部创业的多层次分析框架，基于此讨论了未来研究的方向。本文通过定量与定性综述呈现了内部创业研究的多层次研究脉络，将以往散乱的相关研究进行系统性梳理，为推动国内研究与国际前沿接轨提供了有益参考。
