过度自信作为心理学最稳健的发现之一,广泛存在于管理者的决策过程中。然而,在管理者过度自信的相关研究中却存在着定义不清、类型不分、度量不准和前因不明等诸多问题。基于对国内外战略管理、行为金融和财务会计领域管理者过度自信文献的系统梳理,本文通过相似概念的溯源及比较,总结了管理者过度自信的内涵,并介绍和区分了过度自信的三种类型;归纳了管理者过度自信不同测量方法背后的度量逻辑、测量指标及其优势劣势;阐述了管理者过度自信在个体、组织和环境层面的影响因素;进而,本文详细讨论了管理者过度自信驱动的五大企业行为,并在此基础上提出了管理者过度自信影响企业行为的三个作用机制,也探讨了管理者过度自信与企业行为之间关系的调节因素;最后,构建了管理者过度自信的整合研究框架,并有针对性地提出了未来研究展望。
