4625本研究基于心理韧性理论模型，探索个体因素和情境因素通过影响创业韧性进而促进创业成功的作用过程。通过对229位创业者样本的问卷调查和数据分析可以发现：（1）创业韧性对创业成功有积极影响；（2）创业经验和社会支持能够通过影响创业韧性进而影响创业成功；（3）环境不确定性增强创业韧性对创业成功的影响作用，环境不确定性水平越高，创业韧性对创业成功越重要。本研究将心理学中的韧性理论框架应用于创业领域，将心理学与创业学研究相结合，结果证实了促进创业成功的路径是正确看待并利用创业经验，完善创业社会支持体系，提升创业者韧性能力，为在不确定环境下实现创业成功提供指导。
