大学衍生企业是学术型创业者在大学孵化机制支持下将技术知识转化为商业创意,进而建立的一种特殊企业。近年来,大学衍生企业已经成为组织创业、企业战略等领域的热点议题之一,但围绕此类企业的综述性研究相对缺失。鉴于此,本文首先应用文献计量法分析了三十余年来大学衍生企业研究文献的统计特征和研究热点。其次,从大学衍生企业的内涵与类别、大学衍生企业不同成长阶段的影响因素以及大学衍生企业的价值创造功能三个方面对相关文献进行梳理与评析,总结归纳了未来研究趋势与方向。本文的研究成果有助于厘清大学衍生企业的研究现状,并为推动大学衍生企业的理论和实践发展提供参考。
