越轨创新是指员工在其创新想法受到阻碍后,选择将创新转入“地下”,在避开组织审查与监督的情况下坚持践行该想法的行为。本文在分析越轨创新的整体发文趋势、主要发文期刊和领域研究热点的基础上,从隐性和显性两种观点介绍越轨创新的内涵界定与结构测量,从理论视角和边界因素两方面揭示了产生越轨创新的原因和机制,阐述了越轨创新对员工、领导和组织的影响作用,在此基础上构建了越轨创新的整体研究框架,并提出未来研究应进一步关注越轨创新的新特征与表现形式、尝试基于整合视角探索越轨创新的形成机制、并拓展越轨创新作用效果的阴暗面和越轨创新的中国本土化研究。本文能够为学者把握越轨创新研究的研究进展提供参考,同时有助于管理者正确认识和有效干预员工的越轨创新。
