作为一种有助于企业从危机中恢复反弹的动态组织能力,组织韧性可以使企业有效地应对危机,实现可持续发展。本文旨在探讨组织韧性对于新创企业的意义,具体而言,本文实证检验了在外部环境特性的影响下,创业型领导、组织韧性与新创企业绩效之间的内在联系。通过对长三角地区中小型新创企业样本数据的分析发现,创业型领导能够有效提升新创企业的组织韧性和企业绩效;同时,组织韧性在创业型领导与新创企业绩效的关系中发挥了积极作用。此外,外部环境特性也能影响创业型领导与组织韧性的关系。本研究阐明了新创企业管理者通过发挥创业型领导力,提升企业的组织韧性和成长能力,进而提高新创企业绩效的作用机制,为新冠肺炎等危机情境影响下的新创企业成长提供了应对之策。
