企业动态能力研究:最新述评与展望

摘要
在复杂多变的环境中增强自身的动态能力,已成为企业获取和保持竞争优势的关键。在战略管理领域,动态能力研究也已经成为研究者们关注的热点与焦点,并且出现了一些颇有价值的研究成果。本研究基于对1994年以来国外动态能力相关文献的系统梳理,对动态能力的内涵界定、维度划分、测量方法、影响因素、结果变量以及一些权变因素进行了述评,并对近五年的研究与先前的研究进行了对比,提出了一个动态能力研究的整合框架。文章针对现有研究存在的不足,对未来研究进行了展望。
