摘要
个体面对伦理困境如何决策已成为组织行为学和心理学关注的热点,西方学者在解释、预测个体伦理决策行为上取得了很大的进展。本文依次介绍了伦理决策的定义、特征和过程,以及伦理决策研究的代表性流派和理论模型,并总结了伦理决策研究的未来发展方向。
