工作连通行为是指个体在非工作时间、在任何场所通过通信设备参与工作并同时承担工作或生活多重角色的行为;是个体根据过去经验、当前打算和未来计划,管理、表达与解译一系列社交符号,并通过一系列与他人的符号互动而实现自我社会化的过程。随着通信技术的进步,工作连通行为渐渐成为研究热点之一,但其系统回顾研究较为匮乏。本文全面梳理了工作连通行为的内涵、类型与测量等方面的国内外研究,从符号互动理论、主体能动性理论和边界理论三大理论视角归纳辨析了工作连通行为的特点和本质,通过构建其前因、结果及调节因素作用机制框架分析并述评了其理论逻辑和现有不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为后续相关研究提供借鉴。
