增强数字技术与供应链管理的深度融合,以优质供给扩大市场需求,是一个兼具理论价值和现实意义的重要课题。文章基于中国A股上市公司数据,考察了数字化采购对企业市场绩效的影响及其机制。研究发现,企业实施数字化采购能够显著提升市场绩效。机制检验表明,数字化采购通过促进企业与供应商的战略协同、优化供需协调以及提供融资支持,提升了企业市场绩效。异质性分析显示,数字化采购对企业市场绩效的正向影响在非国有企业、非高新技术行业企业以及供应链运营环境较好地区的企业中更加显著。拓展分析发现,数字化采购不仅从“量”的角度提升了市场绩效,还从“效率”的角度降低了交易成本,并从“质”的角度提高了产品质量。文章通过将供应链管理与扩大市场需求相结合,为从采购视角推动企业数字化转型、强化供应链合作与管理以及提升企业市场绩效提供了重要的理论补充和政策启示。
