5387本研究从积极心理学出发，探索创业激情对新创企业绩效的作用机制。利用124位创业者问卷调查数据，运用结构方程模型进行实证研究后发现，创业激情对新创企业绩效的提高有着重要的促进作用，创业激情通过影响创业自我效能而进一步对新创企业绩效产生影响。本研究将心理学领域中的激情与自我效能理论延伸至创业研究领域，拓展了对于创业激情与创业自我效能的实证研究进展。研究的成果有助于进一步揭示新创企业绩效提升的形成机制，推动积极心理学因素与创业研究相结合，促进创业者心理研究的深入与发展。
