3035创业幸福感不仅取决于个体因素，还受到社会支持的影响。本文基于社会支持理论和社会认知理论，探讨了社会支持、创业自我效能感对创业幸福感的影响机制，结果表明：社会支持能够提升创业幸福感；创业自我效能感和创业绩效是社会支持提升创业幸福感的关键路径；社会支持通过增强创业自我效能感而提高了创业绩效，进而积极影响创业幸福感。本文将社会支持和个体因素共同纳入创业幸福感的讨论框架中，为创业幸福感的研究提供了新颖和较为全面的视角，特别是在我国更重视亲友、伙伴等“强关系”的社会情境使得本研究更具有实践意义。
