随着现代社会人们对生命质量重视程度的不断提高,无论在工作还是在生活中,健康都成为人们的首要关注。身心健康的员工和健康的组织环境是企业取得高绩效的基础,现代社会快节奏、高压力的工作环境也客观上要求领导者关注员工健康问题,这使得健康促进型领导成为领导研究的新兴领域。健康促进型领导对健康问题较为敏感,并通过制定健康政策和制度,打造健康的工作场所和组织氛围,提升员工的健康意识和行为,缓解其倦怠和压力,进而促进组织发展和绩效提升。本文对相关研究进行了系统的梳理,分析了健康促进型领导的内涵与测量方法及与变革型领导的异同,总结了健康促进型领导的理论基础以及前因与影响结果,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
