今年１０月１３日，瑞典皇家科学院决定把１９９９年诺贝尔经济学奖授予美国哥伦比亚大学教授罗伯特·Ａ·芒德尔，以表彰他对不同汇率制度下的货币和财政政策、最优货币区所作的分析。本文翻译已征得诺贝尔经济学奖委员会的授权。
