组织即兴及其对企业应对危机的意义研究

摘要
本文在梳理组织即兴研究文献的基础上,分析了组织即兴的影响因素,总结了组织即兴的触发条件,探讨了组织即兴与企业应对危机的能力之间的关系。通过研究,本文认为组织即兴中的"立即反应"有助于企业提高自身的反应速度,而组织即兴中的"意图创造"有助于企业提高创新能力,因而组织即兴可以帮助企业扩大资源适用范围和现有能力,从而提高企业的柔性和应对危机的能力。
