摘要
近年来,定量研究无论是在数量上还是质量上都得到了快速发展,因而更加需要有效的科学研究方法来为定量数据综合分析服务。元分析(meta-analysis)是目前定量综述最重要的方法,能够有效克服传统文献综述的缺点。本文阐述了元分析的概念内涵与发展,分析了这种方法的优点及其对于科学研究的意义,探讨了元分析的具体操作方法和偏倚控制等问题,介绍了元分析在管理学研究中的应用现状,最后对元分析在管理学研究中的应用前景进行了展望。
