摘要
如何通过公司创业活动来实现老企业的振兴和产业升级,是当前备受我国各界关注的重点议题之一。本文在回顾和梳理国外相关实证研究文献的基础上,归纳总结了公司创业活动的影响因素及其作用机理,并对该领域的未来研究热点进行了展望,以供我国创业研究学者和企业界参考。
