基于在位企业视角的破坏性创新战略研究综述及应用模型构建

摘要
随着信息技术和全球一体化的迅猛发展,企业间的竞争愈演愈烈,企业竞争优势受侵蚀的速度也越来越快。破坏性创新由于对在位企业①产生毁灭性影响而成为学术界关注的热点。在复杂动态环境下,研究在位企业如何对抗竞争并巩固领导地位,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在梳理现有文献的基础上,深入解析了破坏性创新战略的实质,基于在位企业的视角构建了破坏性创新战略的应用模型,并探讨了影响该模型实施效果的关键变量,以通过探索新的路径和方法来帮助在位企业走出亚历山大困境。
