摘要
"让管理更有人性"这是管理学人本主义范式追求的目标,这一经典的学术命题传播着种种关于历史、现实和未来的思想端绪。本文认为,人本主义精神是寓于科学精神之中的,现代管理学和后现代管理学仅仅是对人本主义精神"述而不同"的解读。
