摘要
以创新性、行动超前性与风险承担性为主要特征的创业导向是企业获得持续竞争优势的基础,企业动态能力是创造、维持和提升持续竞争优势的有效手段。本文分别探讨了创业导向、组织学习与动态能力的内涵及其测度问题,分析了三者之间的关系,阐明了企业在强化创业导向的基础上提升组织学习能力,从而构筑和发展适应环境变化的动态能力的内在逻辑,提出了创业导向、组织学习与动态能力之间关系的概念模型及其基本假设,并对今后的研究进行了展望。
