国外PSED项目研究述评及其对我国创业研究的启示

20世纪80年代后期,国外学者提出了创业研究应关注创业行为与过程而非创业者人格特质的主张,并得到了普遍认同。但是,在此后的二十多年里,创业行为与过程研究并没有取得实质性进展。直到最近,在以动态跟踪而非回顾式调查为特色的国际合作研究项目"创业动态跟踪研究"(PanelStudy of Entrepreneurial Dynamics,简称PSED)的推动下,创业行为和过程研究才开始真正步入理论构建阶段。本文系统梳理了80年代以来创业行为和过程研究领域所取得的成果,并重点总结了依托PSED项目取得的新进展,归纳了创业行为与过程研究演进的内在逻辑,识别了开展创业行为与过程研究的途径与手段,进而总结了国外创业行为和过程研究发展历程对我国学者开展创业研究的启示。
