企业生产率动态研究前沿探析

摘要
与基于典型企业模型的增长核算不同,企业生产率动态研究把重点放在异质性企业在政策或市场环境变化背景下的动态演化对总量生产率的影响上。大部分经验研究表明,企业之间的生产率具有显著的差异,而资源在不同生产率企业间的流动,对总量生产率的贡献不可忽视。从思想渊源和方法论范式来看,企业生产率动态研究融合了增长核算理论和演化经济学的思想,借鉴了产业组织理论的研究范式,从微观角度解构行业变迁和增长模式。
