国外国际新创企业研究述评

摘要
国际新创企业是国际化经营中出现的一种新现象,并且呈迅速发展的态势。本文对国际新创企业的相关文献进行了系统的回顾,内容包括国际新创企业及其相关概念的演进、国际新创企业的特征、业绩以及相关理论解释模型和研究成果,结合我国企业的国际化趋势,提出了联系我国企业国际化的实践进行我国国际新创企业相关研究的建议。
