摘要
创业投资是促进科技成果产业化的有效途径 ,但目前我国理论界对这方面的相关研究大多集中于宏观层面。本文在参考国外有关文献的基础上 ,试图对创业投资的治理结构与运行机制在微观层面进行较为系统的评述 ,涵盖了筹资、决策、管理及退出等四方面的内容 ,并对我国创业投资业的发展提出了若干建议。
