基于危机管理的员工援助计划研究述评

摘要
当组织遭遇自然或人为灾难、创伤以及危机事件时,员工援助计划能有效地帮助组织和员工共同应对危机。本文对基于危机管理的员工援助计划的内涵、模式、关键技术与实施效果等进行了述评,并对未来该领域的研究要点进行了展望。
