摘要
组织内部的信任对于组织成员个体乃至组织整体都会产生至关重要的影响。然而,组织信任常常会在有意或无意中遭到破坏,这种被破坏了的信任关系无疑会对组织造成负面影响,而组织信任修复是改善和重建组织信任的有效途径。本文旨在评介西方最新的信任修复归因模型、动态双边模型、四阶段模型等组织信任和信任修复模型,以供国内研究者和企业管理者参考。
