国外联盟能力研究述评与展望

摘要
联盟能力能够帮助企业获得竞争优势,已成为战略联盟研究的重要议题。本文从联盟能力的内涵、构成、构建以及绩效效应等方面对国外联盟能力研究进行了系统梳理和述评,构建了联盟能力研究整合框架,并指出了未来研究方向。
