国外联盟组合研究述评及展望

摘要
本文在梳理国外联盟组合研究文献的基础上,首先分析了国外现有联盟组合研究文献的统计特征,阐述了基于不同视角界定的联盟组合内涵,归纳总结了现有联盟组合研究的四个主题(联盟组合的成因、特征及其影响效应、管理能力、绩效评估);然后逐一介绍了不同视角下的联盟组合成因研究成果,从点(企业)、线(联盟)、面(网络)三个方面对现有联盟组合特征及其影响效应研究文献进行了述评,对联盟组合管理能力研究文献进行了评介,并且从评估对象、指标和方法三个方面介绍了现有绩效评估研究成果;最后指出了现有相关研究仍存在的不足和未来研究可能的发展方向。
