体验经济时代,注重消费者内心体验以及为消费者创造难忘的体验已成为企业营销的制胜法宝。故事作为人类古老的沟通和思维模式,是储存记忆、分享经验和传达情感的重要工具,因此通过叙述故事进行营销的方式(即“故事营销”)日渐受到营销者的重视。“故事营销”实际上就是企业向消费者分享他们的品牌体验或者产品和服务体验。消费者消费故事是把故事转化成自身的体验。本研究系统地对以往关于故事的定义、构成要素及类型,以及消费者体验与故事营销之间关系的文献进行了梳理,从体验的视角对“故事”重新进行了定义,并阐释了故事营销提升消费者体验的心理机制,最后提出了故事营销提升消费者体验的实践启示以及未来研究方向。本研究为企业合理运用故事营销提升消费者体验提供了有意义的指南,有利于企业利用故事制定营销策略,提升消费者体验。
