“创业叛逃”是指在创业公司创始人眼中,员工因违反心理契约或法律契约,在岗期间或者离岗后创立同业公司或加入同业公司,利用其在原公司掌握的各种资源展开竞争,并给原公司带来损失的行为。本文通过文献梳理,首先,界定了“创业叛逃”的内涵,阐述了“创业叛逃”与“衍生创业”“离职创业”的区别,围绕契约、去向、时间、数量四个维度分析了“创业叛逃”的特征;其次,依据计划行为理论、情感事件理论、契约理论和知识基础理论,从个体、组织和环境三个层面对“创业叛逃”的前因、过程及结果进行分析;最后,在上述分析的基础上构建了解释“创业叛逃”概念的理论框架,提出了未来的研究方向。本研究不仅因应管理实践发展的需要,从新创企业员工离职创业行为中提炼了“创业叛逃”概念,从创业公司创始人的视角丰富了现有的创业行为理论,也拓展了员工离职创业的理论架构。本文旨在激励学者从管理现象中凝练学术概念,推进“创业叛逃”理论的发展。
