2589“双创”及可持续发展背景下，传统企业迫切需要通过平台化转型以满足更多的利益相关者的要求、不断获取竞争优势从而实现可持续创业。然而国内的可持续创业研究不足以支撑甚至落后于可持续创业的实践，因此本文基于注意力视角，选取盛隆群体老板制为研究对象，运用扎根理论研究方法，构建了决策环境影响下企业通过平台赋能及管控进行平台化转型进而对可持续创业产生影响的关系模型。研究主要发现：受到内外部决策环境的影响，企业在平台化转型过程中会将注意力放到赋能及管控这两种协同互动的行为上，以确保创业平台构建与运行的良性发展；创业平台在赋能与管控的过程中使得资源、规则、社会关系等环境发生了变化，利益相关者提出了新的要求，促使创业平台将注意力配置到经济、社会、生态三者的平衡上来，最终实现可持续创业。本研究对于平台化转型中赋能与管控行为及可持续创业的实现都有着丰富的理论和现实意义。
