伴随供给过剩,用户对产品的需求越来越多地从功能性需求向情感性需求转变。然而,对于如何在产品研发中满足用户的情感需求,目前尚缺乏深入研究。本文以“如何通过产品创新满足用户的情感需求”为研究问题,聚焦一家产品创新竞争力行业领先的智能家居企业,通过案例研究探讨该企业如何推动产品与用户的互动创新来满足用户的情感需求。研究揭示了三种产品互动创新机制:场景化体验、即时互动反馈和具身交互。场景化体验通过构建常见使用场景来识别和解决痛点;即时互动反馈利用人工智能和大数据技术快速响应用户情感需求;具身交互通过持续的用户主动参与和数据反馈,增强用户对产品的情感依赖。这些机制帮助企业跳脱单纯功能性创新的局限,转而关注用户情感需求,从而实现理论创新。研究为企业在供给过剩的市场环境下提升产品创新能力提供了实践指引。
