个体的创造力对创业意愿的产生和增强有重要的作用。本文以405名大学生为研究对象,探讨了创造力、机会识别、失败恐惧感和创业意愿之间的关系。研究结果表明:个体的创造力对自身的创业意愿有积极影响,机会识别在创造力对创业意愿的促进机制中起到中介作用;失败恐惧感会对机会识别和创业意愿的关系产生消极影响,即个体的失败恐惧感削弱了机会识别对创业意愿的促进作用;进一步的研究发现,失败恐惧感调节机会识别在创造力与创业意愿间的部分中介效应,失败恐惧感水平越高,机会识别在创造力与创业意愿之间的中介作用越弱。研究结果有利于进一步探索创业意愿的影响因素,揭示创造力向创业意愿转化的有效途径。
