性别议题是组织与管理研究中的前沿领域,旨在探讨工作场所中的女性由于生理和社会性别差异对组织中各种绩效指标的影响。本研究将管理学国际期刊中发表的与性别议题相关的文献作为文献池,通过对文献的计量分析发现,现有文献并未以理论研究、管理问题等进行集群,而是以某一类特定的女性角色或女性特点来形成文献簇。本文根据文献内容分析,将女性形象提炼为差异的、隐匿的、矛盾的、孤立的和渺小的五种类型,并分别对其对应的性别议题和理论解释进行梳理。女性形象的测度方式包括差异比较、性别匹配分析、性别转换分析和性别比例分析。本文主要用“问题围绕形象、理论围绕问题”的方式回溯相关研究成果,从而以女性形象为线索,有效解决了当前管理学性别研究中多理论交叉、不同研究议题之间相互独立的问题,使得多样化的性别研究之间建立起包容性对话。结合性别研究的高度社会建构和社会嵌入属性,未来的研究需要充分重视女性角色、地位和形象变化的新社会现象,包括女性经济赋权问题、新经济催生出的新职业类型对女性的影响,并重点关注组织边界之外的关键制度性障碍,尤其是非政府组织、媒体或政府行为在组织内部带来变革的策略。
