中国慈善捐赠有效提供实证研究——基于实验样本数据的因素分析

摘要
慈善捐赠是社会保障制度的重要补充,发达的慈善捐赠事业能够有效缩小国民收入分配差距,缓和社会矛盾。但慈善捐赠的公共产品属性决定了其存在着私人提供不足的问题,这在中国尤为严重。如何提高社会大众的慈善捐赠水平,对于构建和谐社会具有极其重要的意义。文章根据实验数据对影响慈善捐赠的因素进行了分析,并对提高慈善捐赠水平提出了三个建议:第一,重视对捐赠者的利益补偿和褒奖;第二,完善慈善组织的信息披露机制;第三,增加慈善组织与群众之间的交流。
