协同推进“数产融合”发展是把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革新机遇的重要战略选择,也是实现经济高质量发展的必然要求。因此,文章基于2007—2021年城市层面的数据,采用三重差分模型考察了数字经济促进示范区城市绿色转型的异质性效应。研究发现:协同推进“数产融合”发展能够有效提升资源型城市的绿色全要素生产率水平。该结论在考虑内生性问题以及进行一系列稳健性检验和识别假定检验后依然成立。机制分析表明,数字经济促进示范区城市绿色转型的促进作用主要来自绿色技术效率的提升;同时,“数产融合”主要通过缓解资本错配和促进传统产业转型升级的方式推动资源型城市绿色转型发展,而劳动力供需不匹配导致的市场扭曲问题阻碍了资源型城市的绿色创新发展,这是导致示范区城市绿色技术进步水平较低的原因。进一步研究发现,数字经济促进示范区城市绿色转型具有显著的空间溢出效应和非线性特征;此外,协同推进“数产融合”发展是资源型城市打破“资源诅咒”问题的关键,但数字经济发展的不平衡导致了中心城市与外围城市间的“数字鸿沟”。文章的研究为加快推进传统产业数字化转型和解决“数字鸿沟”难题提供了重要启示。
