资源价格变化对我国生产率的影响——基于省际面板数据的研究

摘要
本文在考察中国资源价格变化的基础上,分析了资源价格变化对全要素生产率的影响。资源价格变化对生产率的影响在理论上是不确定的。文章利用中国省际面板数据,在检验数据平稳性和变量间协整关系之后,使用完全修正的最小二乘估计方法,实证检验了资源价格变化对全要素生产率的影响。结果显示,资源价格上涨显著地阻碍了中国生产率的提高。本文分析了上述实证结论产生的原因,并提出了相应的政策建议。
