职业污名对从业者自我评价的威胁往往是研究者探讨职业污名影响机理的基本前提,然而这一前提是否成立仍待验证。综合社会认同理论和压力应对理论,基于218名一线煤矿工人及其直接上级的三阶段配对数据,本文得出以下研究结论:职业污名感会令从业者的核心自我评价受到贬损,进而影响其任务绩效;主动型职业污名应对策略能够使职业污名感对员工核心自我评价的负面影响得到缓解;当员工采取更多的回避型应对策略时,职业污名感对核心自我评价的负面影响会增强。本研究夯实了职业污名研究的逻辑基础,并从应对视角拓展了职业污名的影响机制研究。就实践而言,研究结果对被污名化的职业经理人及从业者选择职业污名应对策略、提升应对能力有所启示。
