8094本文讨论世界范围内企业家精神的历史演变，构建了企业家精神的整体分析框架。基于制度逻辑的视角，本文提出企业家精神中“知”与“行”的一体两面。应用比较历史分析方法，本文对企业家精神进行古代、近代、当下和未来的中外比较，发现随着社会经济活动的扩展，个体自由逐渐觉醒，企业家精神从普遍受压制到萌发、成长壮大，成为社会进步的力量和人类福祉的推手。本文特别分析了东西方思想中两大概念的对话：“天下”与“包容性增长”；“生生不息”与“可持续发展”，提出企业家精神可以体现在“兼济天下”和“利者，义之和”中，成为时代精神的创建者和守望者。最后，本文阐述了企业家精神的研究机会。
