数字技术的迅猛发展促使商业环境复杂性、易变性和不确定性特征愈发彰显,企业数字化转型面临重大挑战。数字化转型是企业通过数字技术实现重大业务改进,其本质是一个持续试错的过程,而高管决策逻辑是企业数字化转型的起点。本文根据效果推理理论,从过程视角揭示了决策逻辑对企业数字化转型绩效的影响路径。研究发现:因果决策逻辑和效果决策逻辑都可以通过失败学习提升企业数字化转型绩效;当环境动态性程度较低时,两种决策逻辑对失败学习的作用效果相差无几,但是随着环境动态性的提高,效果决策逻辑的优势逐渐凸显。本文将效果推理理论延伸至数字化转型的研究情境,一方面有助于丰富和发展企业数字化转型管理创新的理论研究,另一方面有助于理解和指导中国企业实现数字化转型。
