10507工作激情是人们愿意在工作中投入时间和精力的强烈倾向，对工作场所中倦怠、创造力、幸福感、绩效等具有良好的解释力。本文基于近年国内外学者在工作激情领域最新主流文献，对工作激情的研究进行了较为全面的回顾。首先，阐述了工作激情的起源、内涵和情境，进而归纳工作激情研究的静态及动态理论视角，然后系统分析工作激情的前因及结果变量，在此基础上提出一个跨层整合模型，并就未来研究方向进行讨论，旨在为工作场所员工管理实践及本土工作激情研究提供理论参考。本文对创新和创造力、员工幸福感、职场人际关系等领域的研究具有一定现实意义。
