战略决策团队认知偏好及其变化的社会学解释

摘要
战略决策团队的认知偏好对企业生存和发展具有决定性的影响作用,经济学和神经系统学在探索企业战略决策团队认知偏好问题上都有所局限。本文在阐述战略决策团队认知偏好理论内涵的基础上,分别从“社会认知神经经济学”、“新制度主义理论”、“角色心理”这三个社会学理论视角解释和探索战略决策团队认知偏好问题,进而讨论战略决策团队认知偏好的三角理论模型和认知偏好变化的综合理论模型。
