基于社会困境视角的组织公民行为研究

摘要
组织公民行为是近年来组织行为研究的热门课题之一。本文在剖析组织公民行为特征的基础上,研究发现组织公民行为可以被视为社会困境情境下组织成员的合作决策,而不是背叛决策。依据社会困境的相关研究成果,本文从社会动机、社会结构因素以及任务结构特征等角度分析了影响组织公民行为的因素,然后对未来研究进行了展望。
