摘要
关系契约是近来国外经济学与管理学领域一个新的研究焦点。该概念源于美国法学家Macneil提出的关系契约理论。目前关系契约研究的主要方法是博弈论分析和实证分析。现有的研究对传统经济学与管理学理论中未曾涉及的中间形式经济组织问题、家族企业治理问题等进行了分析 ,并探讨了关系契约、关系性规则、关系治理等概念的内涵与相互关系。本文对近期国外关系契约的研究情况进行了梳理和介绍。
