3222文章将生产效率加入就业决定理论模型，以2008—2022年中国A股上市公司为样本，基于市场准入负面清单制度准实验，实证检验市场准入管制放松对就业的影响。研究发现，市场准入管制放松显著促进了就业增长。作用机制检验表明，市场竞争、产出扩张、生产效率提升效应是市场准入管制放松促进就业的重要渠道。异质性分析发现，市场准入管制放松显著增加个体工商户的就业总量；在资本密集型和劳动密集型企业、区域市场分割程度较高、行业进入壁垒高的企业中，市场准入管制放松对就业有显著提升作用。拓展性分析发现，市场准入管制放松促进了企业的可持续发展，使其更为重视实体经济基础，而非投资和积累金融资产，由此进一步增强了市场准入管制放松的就业效应。
