人口老龄化是当代中国转型发展过程中最鲜明的时代特征之一。随着老年人口的迅速增加,其消费行为和决策模式成为学界和业界关注的重要议题。该领域的研究虽然取得了一定的成果,但是既有研究也存在主题分散、重点不突出、领域现状不明等问题,并制约了理论研究的进一步开展。同时,由于我国的人口老龄化具有基数庞大、速度极快、区域发展不平衡的突出特点,既有研究在实践指导方面也力有不逮。鉴于此,本文采用基于领域的框架文献综述方法,对2015—2025年间中国知网和Web of Science核心数据库的相关文献进行知识图谱分析,系统探讨相关领域的研究热点和高频关键词的演变过程,并基于TCM-ADO框架,从“理论(T)-情境(C)-方法(M)”和“前因(A)-决策(D)-结果(O)”维度对老年消费者行为领域的相关研究进行了深入评述与总结。最后,基于中国独特的情境,对该领域未来的研究方向做出展望,以期助力该领域的理论创新和研究拓展,并为构建中国自主知识体系、制定相关政策打下坚实基础。
