10391复杂系统视角强调反化约主义、动态演化、非线性、涌现和自组织等核心观点，并综合多学科的理论假设，为群体行动和制度演化提供了一般性解释框架。复杂系统视角下的治理机制要求管理者超越一般的管控思维，通过多元治理机制使系统稳定、高效，又能不断演化以适应外界环境的变化。本文以复杂理论整合已有理论文献和经典研究，剖析组织理论演进的内在逻辑，构建复杂系统视角的组织研究框架。复杂系统的组织研究框架是能动与结构的整合，从而理解不同层次的系统特征，关注组织内和组织间的联系，以及关键节点的战略选择与结构性条件的结合。本研究的贡献在于：总结出组织理论中的复杂系统视角，提出组织研究的复杂系统分析框架与核心思维，为中国组织管理研究提供新的理论视角与实证研究取径。
