结合创业学习理论与技能—组织—环境框架,本文对“创业学习如何赋能海归人员归国创业”这一问题开展探索式案例研究。以四位海归人员归国创业实践为对象,从海外技术迁移、技商市场融合以及本土商业发展三个阶段,识别出“技术迁移困境”“技术转化困境”“组织适应困境”三类困境,归纳出海归人员“技术解构能力”“环境应对能力”“组织外联能力”三种能力,提炼出“构建技术生态”“助推融合实践”“缔结跨域差异”三项策略,进而构建出“创业学习赋能海归人员归国创业路径”模型,阐释了创业学习如何赋能海归人员突破本土创业困境进而推动创业发展的内在逻辑。研究不仅拓展了对海归创业研究的理解,同时为促进海归人员在本土成功创业提供理论支持和实践指导,亦为创业学习理论引入了跨文化视角的新维度。
