国外双组织承诺研究述评

摘要
本文在梳理国外相关文献的基础上,回顾了双组织承诺研究的崛起和复兴,分析了在中国背景下进行双组织承诺研究的前景,介绍了双组织承诺形态分布的主要测度方法及不同方法的优劣、双组织承诺研究的主要理论基础和实证研究结果。最后,本文论述了双组织承诺研究在跨国企业经营和专业化组织管理等方向的延伸。
